Refund Policy

Refunding Individual Sessions:

Any purchased individual sessions that were not used may be refunded.

Refunding Package Deals:
If none of the sessions of the package have been used, you may receive a full refund.

If you have used any of the sessions from the Package Deal, you will be refunded for the sessions that were not used. For the sessions that were utilized, those sessions will be charged at the regular hourly rate.

Refunding Subscriptions:

If no sessions were used in a given calendar month(s), then you may receive a full refund on those months.

Note: For all refunds, you will be charged a 3% transaction fee on the total dollar amount of the lessons that are being refunded.
